Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, sharing, or reselling of digital files is strictly prohibited.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators who sell models on FinescaleSTL warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they upload. Creators are responsible for setting appropriate licensing terms for their models. FinescaleSTL reserves the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property rights, contains inappropriate material, or violates these terms.

5. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is required before digital content can be downloaded. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors, corrupted files, or other exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FinescaleSTL to: (a) upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content; (b) violate intellectual property rights; (c) transmit viruses or malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) interfere with or disrupt the service; (f) use automated systems to access the site without permission; or (g) engage in any activity that could harm FinescaleSTL or its users.
